Directions for Use

Apply a small amount to the bottoms of the feet to begin gently restoring magnesium levels.

A mild tingling or itching sensation may occur. This is a normal response and is often experienced by those with lower magnesium levels. As your skin adjusts, apply to other areas needing moisture or comfort.

Massage into clean, dry skin until fully absorbed.

For best results, use daily after bathing or showering.
